SECRETARIAT OF EXTRACTIVE INDUSTRIAL TRANSPARENCY TEAMS
COORDINATOR MINISTER OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS AS THE CHAIRMAN OF EXTRACTIVE INDUSTRIAL TRANSPARENCY TEAM, Considering:
a. that with Presidential Regulation Number 26 of 2010 concerning Transparency of State Revenues and Regional Revenues Obtained from Extractive Industries, the Extractive Industries Transparency Team has been established;
b. that to support the implementation of the tasks of the Coordination Team as referred to in letter a, a Coordination Team secretariat needs to be formed;
c. that based on the considerations as referred to in letters a and b, it is necessary to stipulate a Decree of the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs as Chair of the Extractive Industries Transparency Team Steering Team on the Extractive Industries Transparency Team Secretariat;
Remember:
1. Presidential Regulation Number 47 of 2009 concerning Formation and Organization of State Ministries as last amended by Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011;
2. Resident Regulation Number 24 of 2010 concerning Position, Task and Function of State Ministries as well as Organizational Structure, Tasks and Functions of Echelon I of State Ministries as last amended by Presidential Regulation Number 92 of 2011;
3. Presidential Regulation Number 26 of 2010 concerning Transparency of State Revenues and Regional Revenues Obtained from Extractive Industries;
4. Presidential Decree Number 84 / P of 2009;
5. Regulation of the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Number: PER-03 / M.EKON / 07/2007 concerning Organization and Work Procedure of the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs;
6. Regulation of the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs as Chair of the Steering Committee on Extractive Industries Transparency Team Number: PER- /M.EKON/ / 2012 concerning the Organization and Work Procedure of the Extractive Industries Transparency Team Secretariat;
