The World Bank is supporting the Government of Indonesia to implement the EITI (Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative), a global standard that promotes revenue transparency and accountability in the extractive sector. Indonesia formally assumed EITI candidacy in October 2010, and was found compliant with EITI Rules in October 2014. The Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) is the global standard for revenue transparency in the extractive industries, including oil and gas, coal and general mining. This standard focuses on the reconciliation of payments made by companies to government, with those received by government from companies, and the reporting of this information to the public. On behalf of  the Government of Indonesia  and  the Transparency  Team,  the  Coordinating Ministry for Economic  Affairs  seeks  a  competent  and  credible  consulting  firm,  free  from  conflicts  of  interest,  to provide  Independent Administrator services  (“the Services”)  in  accordance with the EITI  Standard. The objective  of  the  assignment  is  to  produce  an  EITI  Report  for  2012  and  2013  (the  3rd  Report)  in accordance with the EITI Standard.
